Parking Information:
Please park at the East Side Parking Garage located on the corner of Tierwester & Cleburne streets.
Do not park in the TSU student parkin lot (unless you have a current TSU parking permit) or on the church parking lot across from our building. Your vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.
Walking from the East Side Parking Garage: Walk south on Sampson street (Jack Yates High School sits on the corner) toward the university to Wheeler Ave turn left. Take Wheeler Ave. to Attucks street turn right. Take Attucks street to Rosewood street turn left. The University Learning Center is a single-story brick building located on the corner of Attucks & Rosewood streets
